Pricing

  • Tiered pricing applies based on order quantity (MOQ 10 for stock items, MOQ 30 for custom orders)
  • For orders of 100+ units, please contact us for a customized quote

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued
  • We are not responsible for errors in orders placed by the buyer (wrong quantity, wrong style, etc.)

Custom Orders

  • Custom branding orders (MOQ 30) require approval of artwork/design before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted
  • Lead times for custom orders vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
