Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every canvas bag we produce. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we will make it right.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, torn seams, material flaws)
- Printing errors (incorrect logo placement, wrong colors vs. approved proof)
- Wrong items shipped
- Items damaged during transit
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper care
- Minor color variations (within industry-standard tolerances)
- Changes of mind after production has started
Inspection Period
Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. Report any issues immediately—send photos of the defect to our customer service team.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumingtrade@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
- Approved returns: we will provide a return shipping label or arrange a replacement
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Custom Orders
For custom logo orders, we produce a sample for your approval before full production. Once you approve the sample and production begins, refunds are not available for change-of-mind reasons. We guarantee the final product matches the approved sample.
