How to Order Custom Canvas Bags — A Simple 4-Step Process
Ordering custom canvas bags with your brand logo is straightforward. Here is how it works.
Choose Your Bag & Send Your Artwork
Browse our catalog and pick the canvas bag style that fits your brand. Then send us your logo or design file (AI, PSD, PNG, or PDF). Tell us your preferred printing method — screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, or embroidery — and any special requirements like color matching (Pantone) or custom sizing.
What we need from you:
- Bag style / model number
- Logo or design file (high resolution)
- Preferred printing method
- Target quantity (MOQ: 30pcs for custom orders)
- Any special notes (Pantone colors, size changes, packaging)
Receive Your Design Mockup (2–3 Business Days)
Our design team creates a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will look on the bag. We will send you the mockup via email for review. You can request revisions at this stage — we will adjust until you are completely satisfied.
What you will see:
- Logo placement and size on the bag
- Color preview (Pantone-matched where applicable)
- Printing method specification
Approve the Sample (Optional but Recommended)
For first-time orders, we strongly recommend ordering a physical sample before full production. This lets you check the actual print quality, fabric feel, and overall craftsmanship. The sample fee is deductible from your bulk order.
If you are confident with the digital mockup, you can skip the physical sample and go straight to production.
Production & Shipping
Once you approve the sample (or the digital mockup), we begin full production. Here is the timeline:
