Overview

By placing an order with DEERVIA, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all wholesale, custom, and sample orders.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the design proof or sample

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of order
  • We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal
  • For large bulk orders (300+ units), we may offer payment terms—please contact us

Production & Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity
  • We will notify you of any significant delays
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee

Intellectual Property

  • By submitting your logo or design for printing, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it
  • You retain ownership of your logo and design
  • We may use photos of completed custom products in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing

Limitation of Liability

DEERVIA's liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
