Canvas Bag Samples Before Bulk Production
A sample is useful when you need to check the bag shape, fabric, handle construction, logo size, print position, color reference or packaging before a larger order.
Sample Policy
- Customers can request one sample before a bulk order.
- A sample fee applies and is confirmed before the sample is started.
- The sample fee can be deducted from one subsequent bulk order of 30pcs or more confirmed with DEERVIA.
- If the follow-up order is below 30pcs, the sample fee is not eligible for deduction.
- Sample pricing is not fixed because it depends on the selected bag and customization requirements.
Sample Review Process
- Send your logo, preferred bag style, size, color and intended use.
- Review the sample or digital proof and confirm any changes.
- Approve the final specification before bulk production.
Timing
Custom production is generally estimated at 15–25 business days after approval. Shipping timing is confirmed by destination and method.
